At Glam Crown Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we’re here to help! Below is our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival.

• Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Return Request Period:

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged).

• Discounted or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us:
   Email us at sales@glamcrown.store with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.

2. Approval Process:
   Our support team will review your request and notify you if your return is approved. If approved, you will receive further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Pack & Ship:
   Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back using the provided shipping label.

4. Inspection & Refund:
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund or store credit within 5–10 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us at sales@glamcrown.store with your order number and issue details.

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.

Return Shipping Costs

• For defective, damaged, or misprinted items: Glam Crown Store covers the return shipping costs.

• For any other reason: Returns are not accepted.

Additional Information

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and in original packaging).

• Returns that do not meet our criteria may be denied.
