Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility:
Only items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival are eligible for return or refund. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse. - Return Request Period:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. - How to Request a Refund or Return:
- Email sales@clowncrown.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Refund Processing:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. - Shipping Costs:
If the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted, Glam Crown Store will cover the return shipping costs. For any other reason, returns and refunds are not accepted.
