International shipping: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Issues:

For damaged or defective items, include photos and your order number in your email.
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival.
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse.
Return Request Period:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
How to Return an Item:
Email sales@clowncrown.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Return Shipping:
For defective, damaged, or misprinted items, Glam Crown Store will cover the return shipping costs.
For any other reason, returns are not accepted.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
